Frequently asked questions
Straight answers about price, timing, results and what you get.
How much does a website cost?
A typical small-business site has a fixed price agreed after a 30-minute call. You get a written scope first, so there are no surprises. Tell us the pages, the languages and any special features and we will quote it.
How long does a website take?
A focused company site usually takes two to four weeks from the agreed scope, depending on how quickly we receive content and feedback. Larger sites and custom software are planned in stages.
How long until SEO works?
Technical fixes can show in weeks. Rankings for competitive terms usually take three to six months of steady work. We report progress monthly from Search Console data.
Can you publish my game?
Yes. We handle the store listing, the landing page and the launch plan. Tell us the platform and genre and we will say honestly whether we can help.
What does the 100% satisfaction guarantee cover?
Every fixed-scope project has a written scope. If a deliverable differs from it, we fix it at no extra cost. If we still cannot get it right, you do not pay for that part. For SEO we guarantee the work and the reporting, because rankings are decided by search engines.
Do you work outside the UK?
Yes. We work in English and Polish and are happy to work remotely, with calls at times that suit you.
Who owns the code and the content?
You do. At final payment you receive the full source, content and access to all accounts. We do not lock you in.
Do you help after launch?
Yes. The first 30 days of fixes are included, and afterwards you can choose a monthly plan for updates, hosting care or SEO, or call us when you need us.
Can you improve my existing website instead of rebuilding it?
Often, yes. We start with an audit of speed, SEO and usability and tell you honestly whether to improve what you have or rebuild.
What do you need from me to start?
Your goal, your audience and any examples you like. For a website, your text and images if you have them; if not, we can help write them. For a game or app, a test build and access to the store account.
